Contamination Diagnostics for Facility Service Providers

Don't just show your clients the dirt — tell them what it is.

The old proof was crude: a blackened cloth. CleanCertify™ is the high-tech version — an independent Swiss-laboratory certificate that names exactly what your cleaning removed, from corrosive salts to conductive dust to microplastics, and shows the client why your methods mattered and a cheaper crew's wouldn't have.

The old way vs. CleanCertify™
Side-by-side comparison of the traditional dust test and the CleanCertify™ sampler

Traditional visual assessments are subjective and unverifiable. The CleanCertify™ sampler captures the dust for certified lab analysis.

The case for it
The problem you live with

Anyone can show a dirty cloth. Few can prove what was in it.

A soiled cloth proves you cleaned. It doesn't prove what you actually removed, or why it mattered. So the client can't tell your work from a cheaper crew's, and the decision drifts to price. Name the corrosive salts, conductive dust and microplastics you took out, and the conversation shifts from "how cheap" to "how good."

Why this can't backfire

We measure what you removed.

The analysis is of the material your clean took out — never the surface left behind. The result can only ever make you look good. There is no failing grade.

How it works
STEP 01

Collect

Use the CleanCertify™ dust sampler to easily collect HEPA-filter dust or extraction residue from your cleaning processes — in a couple of minutes.

STEP 02

Send

Seal them in the postage-paid return mailer provided and send them back to our certified laboratory in Zürich. No equipment, no calibration on your side.

STEP 03

Quote

As soon as your samples reach our laboratory we send you a quote for analysis. The price depends on the types of report you choose and the number of samplers you send us. Once payment is received, your report follows within two working days.

The deliverable

See exactly what your client receives.

A single, certified document — carrying your logo — that turns an invisible job into hard evidence of what you removed, and what it was. This is a sample; figures are illustrative.

Method & scope. Analysis performed on a representative sample of the material removed during the cleaning service on the date shown, using standards-referenced laboratory methods (including ISO 8502-9 for soluble ionic contamination and associated procedures). Formaldehyde and TVOC values are offgassing readings measured from the collected dust sample. “Typical environment” comparisons are drawn from Technology Care reference data. This certificate characterises the material removed during the service; it is not an assessment of the remaining surfaces, indoor air, or occupant health, and is not a regulatory clearance. Scope of this report
This report establishes whether the dust removed from your environment contained contaminants capable of corroding or short-circuiting equipment had it become airborne and settled on live components.

Every property measured above was in the dust removed from your environment during this service. The worse these numbers, the more corrosion and ESD risk was taken off your equipment.

Method & scope. Analysis performed on a representative sample of the dust removed during the cleaning service on the date shown. Soluble chloride content was determined by conductometric analysis (per the principles of ISO 8502-9) and is expressed as a percentage of the collected dust by mass; surface conductivity classified per EOS/ESD-S4.1; pH measured on the collected residue. Conductive metallic debris was assessed by optical microscopy (zinc whiskers) and magnetic separation (ferrous particles), the ferrous fraction expressed as a percentage of the collected dust by mass. Chloride is the principal driver of ionic corrosion and leakage currents in electronic installations — the larger its share of the removed dust, the more corrosion and ESD risk was taken off your equipment. This report characterises the material removed during the service; it is not an assessment of the remaining surfaces, indoor air or occupant health, and is not a regulatory clearance.
